Information you choose to submit through this site is used to respond to you and operate the site. Real Product Pat does not sell personal information. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site.

Site analytics

Real Product Pat uses privacy-minimized first-party analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. The application analytics record page paths, referral hostnames, campaign tags when present, and selected on-site actions. They do not create advertising cookies or persistent visitor profiles and do not intentionally store IP addresses or browser fingerprints in the application analytics log.

Project and investment information

Project pages and field notes describe work, experiments, organizations, investments, and personal experience. They are provided for general informational purposes and are not an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of investment, or legal, tax, or financial advice.

Outside work

Any consulting, development, advisory, or implementation engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Nothing on this website by itself creates a professional-client relationship.
